Terms and Conditions for Once Upon a Story
1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the participation in workshops organized by Mooney Mack Consulting (the “Organizer”). By registering for and attending a workshop, you (“Participant”) agree to abide by these Terms.
2. Registration and Payment 2.1. Registration: Participants must complete the registration form and provide accurate and up-to-date information. 2.2. Payment: Full payment must be made at the time of registration. The Organizer accepts payment via the website registration only. 2.3. Confirmation: Your spot in the workshop is confirmed only upon receipt of the full payment. Note: When you sign up for this workshop, you are signing up for all three sessions at a single workshop price. We are not currently offering individual session attendance at a discounted rate.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy 3.1. Participant Cancellations: If you need to cancel your participation:
Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
3.2. Organizer Cancellations: The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a rescheduled date at a later time.
4. Workshop Content and Materials 4.1. Intellectual Property: All content, materials, and resources provided during the workshop are the intellectual property of the Organizer and may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission. 4.2. Recording: Participants are prohibited from recording the workshop without prior consent.
5. Conduct and Participation 5.1. Professional Behavior: Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward other participants and facilitators. 5.2. Removal: The Organizer reserves the right to remove Participants from the workshop for disruptive or inappropriate behavior without a refund.
6. Confidentiality 6.1. Participants agree to only disclose non-confidential information during the workshop sessions and discussions. 6.2. The Organizer is not responsible for any unauthorized sharing or misuse of information disclosed by Participants. 6.3. Participants should not disclose proprietary, sensitive, or confidential information about their business, clients, or any other third parties during the workshop.
7. Liability 7.1. The Organizer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the workshop. 6.2. Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements, where applicable, and any associated costs.
8. Privacy 7.1. By registering, Participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for workshop purposes. Participant information will not be disclosed or sold to any third parties without consent.
9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Florida.
10. Amendments The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes prior to the workshop.
